Here at Häus of Fish Inspections,
we have over 10 years of experience in the real estate and title services industry.
Founder Dävid Fish began his career in real estate as a personal assistant to the Senior Managing Director of Investments at a well known commercial real estate firm. He then went on to be the Administrative Assistant at another private firm, Associated Capital Consultants Inc. assisting with commercial and residential real estate listings, as well as managing apartment complexes.
He has spent over 10 years working as an ALTA property inspector for a variety of property types including Single Family Homes, Duplexes, Multi-Family, Commercial, Bare Land, Foundations, and more; in addition to Title Services as a document specialist for editing and recording deeds with various counties in Southern California.
